How the product is made

• CDSCO licensed. Our facility is licensed by India's pharmaceutical regulator and runs to drug-manufacturing standards. It is a pharma facility, not a food factory.
• USP pharma-grade nicotine. Pharmaceutical specification throughout — nicotine, base, sweeteners and flavors. No food-grade shortcuts.
• In-house lab on every batch. Nicotine concentration, purity and microbiological safety tested before anything ships.
• Traceable batches. Documented processes and audit-ready records on every production run.
• Manufacturing since 2018 for the US market, with capacity over 3,000,000 cans a month.

Documentation you can have

Certificate of Analysis for the specific lot you receive, ingredient declarations, and batch records. Available on request — and increasingly worth having, because chain retailers ask for it.

What's already on the can

The FDA-mandated warning — nicotine is an addictive chemical — and the 21+ age statement. Nothing needs relabeling before it goes on your shelf.

Where we will not ship

As of August 2026 we do not ship nicotine pouches into California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York or Rhode Island. Each restricts or bans flavoured nicotine products in a way that covers our range, and California since 1 January 2026 also requires a product to appear on its Unflavored Tobacco List before it can be sold at all.

Several other states are open but carry conditions worth knowing before you price: Washington applies a 95% tax on nicotine products; Texas confirmed in May 2026 that pouches are tobacco products taxed at $1.22 per ounce; Utah, Colorado and Oregon have flavour restrictions, and cities including Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis and Columbus add local rules on top of state law.

CAFUEL caffeine pouches contain no nicotine, are not tobacco products, and fall outside all of the above.

What sits with you

• Retail, distributor or tobacco licensing in every state you operate in.
• State excise tax — registration, calculation and filing.
• PACT Act registration and reporting where it applies to your model.
• Age verification at point of sale under federal Tobacco 21.
• State product directories — several states restrict which nicotine products may lawfully be sold, and the lists change.

Federal premarket obligations

Nicotine pouches are regulated as tobacco products by the US FDA, and premarket authorization obligations attach to the product owner and importer. If you are buying finished stock to resell, your position differs from someone importing under their own brand — and that difference is exactly the sort of thing to put in front of a US regulatory attorney rather than take from a supplier's website.

What we won't claim

We are not FDA-registered, we do not hold cGMP certification, and we don't describe ourselves as either. Our facility is CDSCO-licensed pharmaceutical manufacturing, which is a real and verifiable thing — it is simply not the same thing, and suppliers who blur that line should worry you.
