Every price on our ladder is a delivered price to any mainland state. There is no freight line added afterwards and no minimum before it kicks in. We publish what it costs us so you can see the number is real:

Why UPS and not FedEx or USPS

Because they will not carry it. FedEx prohibits tobacco products outright, and USPS treats smokeless tobacco as non-mailable. UPS accepts these shipments from approved shippers, with an adult 21+ signature required at delivery. There is no cheaper carrier to switch to — this is the market rate for moving a regulated product lawfully.

The signature fee is charged per package, around $8.50, which is why we consolidate into fewer heavy boxes rather than several light ones.

The unit we ship

One inner carton is 90 cans of a single flavour at a single strength — 90 Cool Mint 6 mg, for instance. It weighs 2.25 to 2.5 kg, about 6 lb boxed, and it is the smallest quantity we sell. We do not split a carton across flavours, so a three-flavour shelf is three cartons and 270 cans.

Carriers price the box rather than the contents, which is the practical reason the minimum sits where it does: anything smaller would cost nearly as much to deliver as a full carton.

The sequence

1. You send a list. Brands, flavors, strengths, carton count, destination state.
2. Same-day quote. A delivered price plus what is actually on the floor right now.
3. Licence check. We confirm your tobacco, distributor or retail licence for the destination state.
4. Invoice and payment. The delivered price is final at this point — no freight added later.
5. Pick and pack. Same week, by sleeve and carton.
6. Dispatch and tracking. Tracking goes to you when it leaves.
7. Delivery. Within five business days of the confirmed order.

Why it's this fast

There is no manufacturing, no ocean freight and no customs clearance in the timeline, because the product is already in the United States. That is the entire difference between this and a white label order, which takes four to six weeks before it even ships.

Small orders and large ones

Same five-day commitment either way. Smaller orders move parcel; larger orders move freight with tracking. A pallet does not take longer than a carton — it just moves differently.

Where we won't ship

Into any state where these products cannot lawfully be sold, and to any business that cannot show the licence its state requires. We will lose the order rather than create a problem for you. See where we ship.

Costs and responsibilities

• Freight — included in the delivered price you approve.

• PACT Act registration and reporting — yours where it applies.
• Retail licensing — yours.

Reorders

Same timeline. Most accounts settle into a rhythm after a few weeks of sell-through data — and it is usually worth consolidating into fewer, larger orders, because the tiers are based on order size.
