PIK wholesale pricing, per can, delivered.

Five bands, no negotiation theatre. The price you see is the price we quote. Read the note under the table before you judge the top band — we would rather be straight about where it works than sell you a number you can disprove with a calculator.

Order sizeCansPrice per can
1–4 cartons90–360$3.87
5–10 cartons450–900$3.45
11–20 cartons990–1,800$3.05
21–40 cartons1,890–3,600$2.85
41+ cartons3,690+$2.45
5 cansper sleeve
90 cansper carton — 18 sleeves
360 cansper master carton — 4 cartons

Pricing is for PIK ready stock and is indicative — confirm current pricing before ordering. State excise tax, PACT Act obligations and retail licensing are the buyer's responsibility. OVNS quoted on request; CAFUEL is a flat $2.87 per can.

Straight talk about the first band. $3.87 is a sampling price, not a margin play. Competing brands sit around $4.99 MSRP on shelf, so at one carton your spread is thin — and thinner still in a state with meaningful excise tax. Order one carton to find out which flavors and strengths your customers actually want. The economics start working at five cartons and get good from eleven. We would rather tell you that now than have you work it out after the invoice.

What you're actually competing with

Before the margin maths, know the shelf you're walking into. Figures below are what we found in August 2026 — check your own market, since prices move and excise varies hard by state.

BrandPouches per canTop strengthTypical shelf price
PIK (ours)2020 mgyou set it
ZYN15 (Ultra: 20)11 mg~$5.64 MSRP
CLEW2012 mg~$4.99 MSRP
ALP209 mg~$7.00 online

Where we actually win

Not on price. On three things a customer can see for themselves:

Sell those, not the price tag. A brand that competes only on being cheaper gets replaced by the next cheaper brand.

What each tier costs you

The margin math, honestly

Take a $4.99 shelf price — roughly where CLEW sits, and a realistic floor in a competitive market. Against our ladder, before excise tax:

If your market supports the $5.64 ZYN sits at, add roughly 65 cents to every line above. Your shelf price does not change as you move up the ladder; only your cost does.

The lever most buyers ignore. Ordering one carton a week keeps you at $3.87 forever. The same annual volume, grouped into quarterly orders of eleven cartons, costs $3.05. Same product, same cash, 82 cents a can better — purely from how you group the orders.

Tax — what's in our price and what isn't

Our price is ex state excise tax, delivered. Import duty on the goods was paid when they entered the United States and is already inside the number you see — you will never be billed for it separately. State excise is a different tax and it is not in our price.

Import duty and state excise are not the same tax. Duty is a one-time federal customs charge, paid once, at the border. State excise is charged separately by each state on nicotine products, and it is generally imposed on the distributor or first owner of the product within that state. Paying duty in Chicago does not settle Illinois excise, and Illinois excise does not settle Texas.

There is currently no federal excise tax on nicotine pouches. Congress has considered it repeatedly without acting, so the whole tax question is state and local.

Why we quote before tax

Because the rates are enormous and wildly uneven. As at August 2026, Washington and Minnesota sit around 95% of wholesale, Rhode Island and the District around 80%, Maine 75%, Nebraska 20%, and Louisiana charges roughly $0.10 a pouch — about $2.00 on a 20-pouch can. Twenty-odd states charge nothing at all.

A single national price with tax baked in would either overcharge every buyer in an untaxed state or leave us short in a taxed one. So the tax stays where it legally sits: with you, in your state, at your rate.

These rates change every legislative session and reports on some states conflict. Confirm your own rate with your state revenue department or a US regulatory attorney before you set a shelf price — do not price off this page. More on compliance →

What isn't in the price

State excise tax varies by state and is yours to handle, as is PACT Act registration and reporting and your retail or distributor licensing. We'll tell you what we know applies to your state before you pay, but we're not your tax advisor and we don't pretend to be.

Send the flavors, strengths and carton count. You'll get a delivered price the same day, along with what's actually on the floor — if something is short, you'll hear it before you pay rather than after. Bulk and pallet buyers, start here.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Is the price per can or per sleeve?

Per can, delivered in the USA. A sleeve is 5 cans and a carton is 90.

Does the price include delivery?

The quoted delivered price includes shipping within the USA. Confirm the final figure on your quote before paying.

Can I mix flavors and still get the tier price?

Yes. Tiers are based on total cartons, not on how many cartons of any one flavor.

Is OVNS priced the same as PIK?

OVNS is quoted separately on request. The ladder on this page is PIK ready stock.

Do prices include state excise tax?

No. Excise tax, PACT Act obligations and licensing are the buyer's responsibility and vary by state.
